GLENCHAMBER WIND FARM

In October 2010, RES applied for planning permission to construct an 11 turbine wind farm at Glenchamber, between New Luce, Kirkcowan and Glenluce, in Dumfries and Galloway.

In July 2012, RES received consent for the project.  

The construction of Glenchamber Wind Farm was completed in October 2016 and the project is now exporting clean, green electricity to the National Grid.
